Alien spores from outer space descend to Earth and take control of our minds while we sleep. This updated version seemed to make a decent attempt at setting up a somewhat plausible scenario for this day and age. Nicole Kidman does a good job in this; especially when posing as an expressionless human/alien. It was nice to see Veronica Cartwright play a part in this one (Nicole's patient); she was in the 1978 version as well. She adds a certain creepiness to this.

National Treasure: Book of Secrets

I liked it. It was nice seeing the original cast back in action. The new puzzles, clues, gadgetry and secret passageways kept things interesting. Plenty of twists and turns.
